How to earn fuel rewards

• Get a Dis-Chem Loyalty card from your nearest Dis-Chem store or call 086 034 7243
• Swipe your Dis-Chem Loyalty card and get Dis-Chem Benefit Points at Total.
• You can earn Dis-Chem Benefit points on a maximum of 3 swipes per day
• Only fuel purchases will earn you points but there is no limit to earning points

At the TotalEnergies fuel station

• Ensure you are at a participating Total fuel station- check the Total website list for non-participants.
• Swipe Card: When paying for your fuel, give your Dis-Chem Loyalty card to the Total Fuel attendant and ask him/her to swipe it.
• Manual claims: Some Total fuel stations do only manual transactions – check the Total website list. To process manual claims, download the Total Services App from the Play Store or the Apple App Store and follow the steps.

For offline transactions

• Download the TOTAL Services App from the iPhone App Store or Android Google Play Store and follow the manual process to claim your Benefit rewards.

Rewards Calculations

• Earn ten (10) Dis-Chem Benefit points for one (1) liter of fuel purchased at TOTAL.
• One (1) point is worth one (1) cent, i.e. 1000 points = R10

Spending Rewards

• You can redeem your Loyalty points against your purchase at any Dis-Chem store.
• Present your Benefits Card and inform the cashier that you would like to pay with your points
• You can use either all or just a portion of your Benefit points.
• You will receive an SMS notification once your points have been redeemed.
