Sasol rewards loyal customers with an opportunity to save on fuel purchases and enjoy other benefits when signing up for its rewards program. With a Sasol Rewards membership, customers earn points from fuel purchases, that can be easily redeemed against fuel and in-store purchases at any of the participating Sasol Retail Convenience Centres (RCC).

Register for free in these 4 easy methods

Collect a Sasol Rewards from any participating Sasol Retail Convenience Centre countrywide. Find a list of these participants on sasolrewards.co.za

1. Register on the website

• Go to sasolrewards.co.za
• Enter your cell phone number and submit the One Time Pin (OTP) that will be sent to your cell phone
• Click on “Load Card”, Enter the Card number and Pin
• Complete the registration process

2. Register at the fuel station forecourt

• Swipe the new card on the Payment Terminal and complete the process

3. Register with your smartphone

• Scan the QR Code on the card
• Complete the registration process

4. WhatsApp “Sasol Rewards” to 0860 335 444

• Complete the registration process

What to do at the participating Sasol Fuel Station

• Present your Sasol rewards card to be wiped with your purchase to earn Points
• The card must be registered and linked to your account to be able to earn points.
• Customer points will reflect immediately after the receipt is issued will reflect the earned Sasol Points and Sasol Points balance.
• A Rewards Member is limited to earning Points on a maximum of 100 (one hundred) liters of Eligible Product at Participating Sites within 24 hours

Rewards Calculations

• 20 (Twenty) points per 1 (one) liter of fuel purchased
• 1 (one) point = R 0.1c
• Earn 30 points for every liter of fuel purchased (valid till the launch period until further notice) *
• Future reward points per liter will be communicated by Sasol online, via SMS, through direct marketing methods, and at the participating Fuel stations
• Sasol Rewards Points expire after 18 months from the date of issue, if not used.

Spending Rewards

• The points that customers earn can be redeemed against fuel and selected in-store purchases at any of the participating Sasol Fuel & Retail Convenience Centres.
• Swipe the Sasol Rewards Card and enter your PIN.
• Customers can use Points and Cash together to pay for in-store purchases
• Customers can use Points and Card Payment only, together to pay for fuel purchases
• A Member’s Points cannot be transferred to cash or exchanged for cash

Manage your profile and Lost /Damaged Cards

• Registered customers can update contact details and view all reward transactions on the website sasolrewards.co.za
• Damage or lost card? Collect a new card at the nearest participating Sasol Convenience Centre and link the new card to your existing profile
